SMART TEACHER

Smart teacher is a teacher who should have 4 Competences, pedagogy, social, profesionalism, and personality.

A. Pedagogy Competence

1. Acquiring the characteristic as a student of physic, moral, spiritual, social, emotional, and intelectual aspects
2. Mastering the Learning theory and educated learning teaching principles
3. Developing the Curriculum refered to the subject that has been mastered
4. Holding educated teaching and learning process
5. Applying the IT and Communication for teaching learning necessity
6. Facilitating potential developing for astudent to actualyze they talents
7. Communicating Effectively, emphatycly and mannered to student
8. Applying assesment and evaluation learning process and the result
9. Using the assesment and evaluation result to learning teaching neccesity
10. Taking Reflective action to upgreeding teaching learning quality

B. Social Competence

1. Behave Inclusive, Objective and non discriminative by considering sex, religion, ras, physical condition, family background and economic social status
2. Comunicate Effectively, emphatyc and well mannered to others, parents and societyi
3. In the working place in RI region that has various social culture
4. communicate to own profesion community and other profesion oralty, written, or in other form

C. Profesionalism Competence

1. Acquiring the matterial, structure, concept and knowledge pattern that supports the lesson that has been mastered
2. Mastering Competence Standard and Basic Competence of subject matter
3. Developing the teaching material that has been mastered creatively
4. Developing profesionality reverally by taking reflective action
5. Applying IT and Communication for self development

D. Personality Competence

1. do thing by following religion, laws, social norms and Indonesian national culture
2. self appearing as honest person, have a good behavior and being the good modal for students and society
3. sef appearing who has good personality, stabil, mature, wise and previllage
4. Showing spirit in working, high responsibility, pride of being a teacher and self confidence
5. Persistant in keeping the ethic code as a profesional teacher
